Agreement
These terms apply to the website and to enquiries made through it. Project work is governed by a separate written agreement we'll provide before any work begins.
Free mockups
Free homepage concepts are offered at our discretion for selected businesses. A mockup is a design concept, not a finished website, and comes with no obligation to purchase.
Projects & payment
Paid projects include the scope, price, revisions, and timeline set out in your agreement. Deposits and payment terms are described there. Care plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled with reasonable notice.
Ownership
On full payment, you own your website files and your domain. Third-party tools and stock assets remain under their own licenses. Hosting can be managed by us or transferred to you.
No guarantees
We build quality websites designed to convert, but we don't guarantee specific rankings, traffic, sales, or income. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
